The Social Action Group Rathmore CLG and St. Joseph’s Day Care Centre would like to acknowledge receipt of a grant of €1,928 from Kerry County Council and the Covid 19 Emergency Fund 2020.
Meals on wheels’ service is a lifeline for the community and the social interaction in delivering it is as beneficial as the meal. Day centres play a critical role in the lives of older people and the Covid Emergency Fund was a very welcomed support at a very uncertain time.

Again, The Social Action Group Rathmore CLG and St. Joseph’s Day Care Centre would like to acknowledge receipt of a grant of €1,450 from Kerry County Council and the Covid 19 Emergency Fund 2020. For the second time the Covid Emergency Fund has come to the assistance of St Joseph’s Day Care Centre in the purchase of PPE and a fogging machine.
These supports will help staff, work areas and delivery vehicles remain safe and protected while providing essential services.
